From the beginning days of his photography, he is deeply related with natural world. He is an active photographic team member of www.orientalbirdimages.org ,the topmost and reliable database on avifauna of Asia.

Though Amit shoot any wild subjects, but his true passion is Birds Photography. So far, he has photographed 450 species including some vulnerable, endangered and threatened species of India . He always loves to shoot skulker tinny birds and high altitude hill birds, which are less visible and challenging to shoot. Now he is working on Himalayan birds.

Amit is passionate to become a good wildlife photographer; For his true passion on photography he becomes a good observer of nature and surrounding. He thinks one don't need to be always in a dense forest or in a sanctuary to watch natural activities. One can do it around his surroundings - if he/she has vigilant eyes and sense of humor.
